Force Flow Warranty

Realm Enterprises (Global) Pty Ltd Trading As Force Flow warrantees its Force Flow 4.0 and 8.0 Electric Intake Supercharger products against component failure and quality of craftsmanship for a period of 6 months (12 months for the X4 Brushless Electric Supercharger System) from purchase date. Realm Enterprises will refund, replace or repair the product including all costs of parts and labour if the product is found to be faulty. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs from customer to Force Flow.

This warranty is issued strictly on the basis that the product has been used under recommended usage guidelines. If it is found that the product has not been used according to these guidelines, Realm Enterprises reserves the right to void the warranty or charge the customer a repair fee including costs of parts and labour. These guidelines are outlined in the installation instructions issued with the initial purchase. In the case of product returns, Realm Enterprises/Force Flow reserves the right to charge a fee for damage or modifications made to the unit or any of the parts or components issued with the purchase.

Any repairs made to the product that are not covered by the warranty will incur charges based on the component and labour costs, Force Flow will issue a quote before proceeding with repairs. If any part of this warranty is not understood, please contact Force Flow.

Return Policy

All items returned to Force Flow for refund, repair, replacement or modification will be at the cost of the sender, Force Flow will not be responsible for these costs unless indicated otherwise.

All items returned for refund must be in "as new" condition, including any packaging and documentation. Force Flow reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, charged on the basis of the cost to refurbish, repair, or replace the product to its original new condition.

Items returned for refund must be within 30 days from original customer receipt.

Force Flow Disclaimer

It is recommended that all customers use their due diligence to research Force Flow and/or its products and how installation will or may affect their vehicle. Force Flow recommends to all customers before purchase that they seek information on local traffic authorities guidelines on operating a vehicle with a product of this nature installed.

Realm Enterprises (Global) Pty Ltd and Force Flow or any of its employees can not be held liable for any misuse of a motor vehicle as a consequence of installing any of its products. Realm Enterprises (Global) Pty Ltd and Force Flow or any of its employees can not be held liable for any damage caused to a motor vehicle or any of its parts which has had Force Flow products installed. Realm Enterprises (Global) Pty Ltd and Force Flow or any of its employees can not be held liable for any injury caused as a consequence of installing Force Flow products nor can it be held liable for damaged caused to any other vehicle or object by the vehicle with Force Flow products installed.

By purchasing any Force Flow product, you have read and understood this disclaimer and warranty information and agree to all of the content and its terms and conditions.

Force Flow Electric Supercharger Performance Guarantee

Force Flow Electric Supercharger systems can produce gains of between 2-10% in overall power output (Horse Power or Kilowatts), with average gains of around 5%. Force Flow must however recognise that there are many contributing factors to the gains seen on any given vehicles, including engine size, engine type, current intake system, air sensor types, installation methods etc. Therefore Force Flow can not offer a performance guarantee of 4-6% on all vehicles (generally 95% of all vehicles under 5.0 litre displacement).

For you to receive this guarantee for your vehicle, simply contact us with details of your vehicle, engine and current intake system, we will then reply with your guarantee confirmation for that particular vehicle. With this guarantee and having received and installed your electric supercharger (according to Force Flow approved methods) and you feel you are not getting the performance that we have guaranteed, simply contact us with proof of unsatisfactory power gains and photos of the installation (Force Flow must approve the installation for guarantee to be valid). This must be done within 30 days from time of receipt of item!

Force Flow reserves the right to either offer a full refund (see return policy), exchange the product with an upgraded or more suitable item or add modification to the unit to give suitable HP gains.
